Earth+Wind+Fire = Dust Element?

Chapter 525, Page 17, Onoki says, "He has the power to combine the elements of Earth, Wind and Fire...My former master, the man who passed down to me the secrets of Dust-Element techniques."

So Earth Element + Wind Element + Fire Element = Dust Element?

Also, he passed them down to Onoki? I find this weird, as no Kekkei Genkai user to this point has been taught their Kekkei Genkai. They've all (to our knowledge) learned about it themselves. And is it just called a "Bloodline Expansion" because it combines three elements?

Didn't you read the chapter? Muu was the first to use this kind of jutsu and passed it down to Onoki. Those two are the only ones to have ever done it.

Yeah, I read the chapter. I'm just a bit confused because this is the first time e see a Kekkei Genkai being taught. All we've seen is the user discovering it themselves. I suppose it's not totally out of the question. I'm just making sure I understood it right.

imo i think that the "expansion" is someone w/ a KG learning how to incorporate a third elem w/ it to form a new combination / effect.

Mei has 3 elems but can only use as 2 seperate KGs not as an expansion.

Here is my take on it.

All the past Kages were chosen because they were related to the previous Kages or one of them.

Maybe only Onoki and Mu can use it because they have 3 elements.

Lightning for the glass I'd think, but otherwise agree.

Maybe he fuses earth and fire for heated microscopic projectiles and uses wind to thrust them about. Similar to hot ash, but with punch.

Not to mention, the microscopic chkara entanglement with cells. >.>
