Ulquiorra would win.

Even if Nel is espada 3 Ulquiorra has 2 releases which his 2nd one is a speed-blitz on nel.The thing Nel may have over Ulqui is Cero Doble but he can easily dodge that and finsih her with his 2nd releases Cero Oscuras.

well considering that she wasnt doing much while she was released, and he was regular, and considering a release makes you much stronger. im sure him releasing would curbstomp

and i think nel cause since she was goona kill number 5 dude and i think either she hardly gave him an opening or cause he knew it would be a waste, whyelse would he hit her in the back of the head and not fight her head on all that time ago

He Fires Cero Quicker Then Others I Believe.
He Can Fire And Create Stuff That Nel Can't Absorb

She Is More Then Done.. I Would Be Surprised If She Made Minutes In The Battle On Top Of All This She Is A Former 3 Espada. When She Was Fighting Nnoitra She Might Of Whooped Him for a Good Couple Minutes But That Is Only Cause It Has Been A While Sense They Fought.. Say If It Were Like A Week Sense They Fought Nnoitra Has The Upper Hand On Winning Because He Remembered Her Attacks..
