That's right I am going to ask if Jeeves really can be defeated.

Stiffy may or may not be blood lusted. The dog is always blood lusted. Jeeves is not because that is impossible.

Starting distance: Is the threshold of the door to the grandfather clock.

Conditions for winning: Whenever everyone from one side cannot move from the grandfather clock.

Jeeves wins: Jeeves would have have thought of some way to divert the dog's attention away from him, and Stiffy would be too busy bulling Bertie into doing something for her. (I don't know what he would think of though, he is a hard man to read =/ )

How would Jeeves divert the dog's attention? It is quite one-minded and remember blood lusted.
Wooster is not here. If he were he woud only hinder Jeeves.

No way, Wooster is a great diversion. With everyone distracted by Wooster's bumbling about and goofing up important things, Jeeves is able to fly under the radar. He is able to work undetected, even if he does have to mend some of the things Bertie does.

What sort of things are in the room?

That may well be true, but the dog will not be distracted by a Wooster.
Plus, it can pin both Jeeves and Wooster. I am certain.
