From Both Scenarios i'd say that the victor would be Kakashi.

for the 1st one Kakashi just has to use Kamui and Sasuke would lose his eyes and go blind..everntually.

and if Susano'o is gone for the 2nd one Kakashi has the edge hes got Kamui with 1000 jutsu that he's said to have he'd destroy sasuke.And Sasuke would hurt himself by using the Amaterasu too much so yeah Kakashi wins both scenarios

Though it wasn't answered on why but seeing he has a Warping technique on his own it can be assumed he'd just get back.

in a black hole instantly More a Barrier that sends everything within it to a different Dimension.

Black Holes have their names for a reason afterall as it absorbs Light.
As seen against Deidara when used we still saw him.
If it'd be a Black Hole we shouldn't have seen anything.
