Since the Metrodome roof collapse, the Vikings had to play their last two home games in Detroit and TCF Bank Stadium on the U of M campus. That talk made the team to think about a new stadium. Minnesota Gov. Mark Dayton talked to NFL commissioner Roger Goddell about the stadium situation. They want the Vikings to stay in the Gopher State. Lately, Vikings would pay 1/3 of the stadium if they get it roofless. The new stadium would provide Vikings revenue for Minnesota. A roof in their stadium would a few hundred million dollars if they go beyond the $700-million planned. Should the Vikings pay one-third if they their stadium?
