So, what's the point of training while in the end you miss part of the awesome things

Naruto is off carelessly training his RS forum; not knowing what's going on. Haven't see him in a few chapters. Kakashi looks like his team is going to lose (but they won't :|).

Yea sure, Naruto is training to for Sasuke get stronger and all. Sure it's for his best interesting to hid the war from him ugh stupid Naruto, and sure he needs to be strong. But come on, it's called Naruto. So he should be in the war by now. It's not like Kishi can't do a PNJ; he has done enough them.

Any ways. Naruto would sure be a big help for Kakashi's team.

ya, it seems kind of odd we've not even seen what he's training lately! while the focus on the war is good, we've lost our protagonist! It also seems very um..un-naruto like to just NOT try and join the fight when he knows people he cares about are in the midst of battle. Though this will probably turn out to be like the Pain arc of the story where total devastation will occur first, and right after they are about to finish off the group he'll crop up and kick the crap out of the bad guys..or Sauske will start decimating and just then Naruto will show up..kind of getting tired of that tbh.

Come on, haven't you seen dbz? The side characters fights the majority of the bad guys while goku would come at the last second to the destroy the strongest and most significant bad guys (king piccolo, nappa, vegeta, ginyu force, frieza etc.). Kishi is following the same route in the war.

Obviously, Kishi is saving him for his fight with Sasuke. They do need to be at their fullest, because it's gonna be one loooooooooooong battle after all. When that part comes, no one will complain about Naruto being absent. That's a given.

I don't think Kishi is quite following the DBZ formula, as much as really trying to showcase some new things that we haven't seen so much of. I hate to say it, but DBZ had a lot of the same, and eventually became repetitive. This is his time (I guess) to really get creative with Jutsu's and show us the mastry of leaf ninja as well as other hidden villages as well.

I am saying that Kishi has been following the dbz formula lately (imortals, pain) in naruto's case. Of course dbz is repetitive, the only thing good about it was the fighting (I thought this was universally acknowledged).

It gives more minor characters a real chance to shine. I don't want another Pain Arc
where Naruto does everything and everyone else does nothing. I think the best
part of the war is and will be the team work involved. I mean who doesn't love the
dynamic duo of Kakashi and Guy? I want to see the other ninjas and I want to see
them go all out. Maybe even have Sakura be useful for once...Ok maybe not.

Yeah. Naruto and Sasuke's fight should be at the climax of the war
because it is pretty much gonna be the main event of the series.
It would be a waste to just rush into it.

I want to see EMS Sasuke too but I'd rather it be after a while so his
entrance and Naruto's entrance back into the manga is grand.

I quite like being away from Naruto and Sasuke for a while. I really wanted to see some other characters do, well, anything. I hope they've gotten at least slightly stronger, considering how Naruto and Sasuke got a thousand and five power-ups. If Naruto suddenly showed up to this Team Kakashi vs Swordsmen battle, I'd be really annoyed. In fact, I hope we have a ton of battles without Naruto or Sasuke.
