I think it could be a pretty interesting reunion. They would both be really happy to see each other, but a fight would be unavoidable because Hizashi(Neji's dad) is an Edo Tensei zombie and would be forced to fight.

i was thinking the same however the jutsu could be broken by the father son feelings
