Minato has the FTG Technique. The FTG Technique requires special seals to be placed on special Kunais. These Kunai are then thrown to mark the location. This will enable Minato to almost instantaneously teleport to that exact location that the Kunai was marked. Also, if we go by Hype, Minato is just as fast as the Raikage (as stated so in the Manga by one of A's guards). In other words, Minato should be able to keep up with Itachi and Sasuke. Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that Minato has the ability to counter Itachi's or Sasuke's Genjutsu. If they manage to trap Minato in a Genjutsu, then Minato loses.

Now, Kakashi has shown impressive reaction speed. He was able to react to Sasuke's Susano'o Arrows, by using his Kamui to warp the Susano'o Arrows away. This not only makes Kakashi's reaction speed to be confirmed Supersonic, also, the Kamui is also confirmed Supersonic. However, there are drawbacks to this ability. First, the Kamui only attacks at a linear fashion. Also, the Kamui requires a massive amount of chakra. However, due to Kakashi's immense chakra reserves, Kakashi is able to use the Kamui up to 2-3 times a day at most. If he uses it beyond that point, then he risks suffering from chakra exhaustion. While Kakashi has shown impressive running speed, he will have a hard time keeping up with Sasuke and Itachi. More so, since Sasuke and Itachi have also shown impressive reaction speed, Kakashi is basically out of luck. Itachi will trap Kakashi in a Tsukuyomi, and mindrapes him.

Overall, Itachi and Sasuke wins this.

I wouldn't say that Yellow Flash. Minato warped Kyuubi's fully charged Beast Tailed Ball out of Konohagakure no Sato, appeared next to Kushina, dodged a swipe from the Kyuubi's paw, appeared under a tree a moment later, and placed a seal on Madara and defeated him (Minato already had his Sealed Kunai prepared in his house when he used him during the Kyuubi attack in Konohagakure no Sato). So no, I wouldn't call him featless. But, he loses anyway, due to having no counter for Genjutsu.

Using BG default settings Itachi is an ETZ and is in BL along with all other characters. Even if BL Kakashi manages to Kamui off Sasuke's head, he will be a little tired after that. Minato wont last long enough to summon death god to seal Itachi. So basically, in best case scenario for team B, this fight becomes tired Kakashi against ETZ, BL Itachi.

Itachi should win this without much difficulty.
