Itachi & Sasuke vs. A & Bee

Genjutsu doesn't work on Bee. He goes full Hachibi and unleashes a menancing ball. Itachi and Sasuke dies. Naruto makes t shirts for them with their pictures on it.

Genjutsu won't work on Bee. Bee was able to counter Sasuke's Tsukuyomi, as well as speedblitz Sasuke with Lariat in Cloaked Form. Bee can very well keep up with Sasuke, as well as counter any of Sasuke's Genjutsu.

Neither Sasuke's or Itachi's Amaterasu will work on A. A was able to dodge Sasuke's Amaterasu with relative ease, which is confirmed Supersonic+. A can also very well keep up with Sasuke, as well as Itachi.

Susano'o won't work on either of them. Since A has Supersonic+ reaction speed, there is no guarantee that Sasuke's Susano'o Arrows will manage to land a hit on A. Moreso, A was able to break through Sasuke's Susano'o Bones with relative ease.

Itachi's Susano'o won't work on Bee. While Itachi's Totsuka Sword seals anything it pierces, as well as having an extremely wide and long range, the attack is extremely slow. In other words, the time it takes for the Totsuka Sword to reach Bee is extremely slow, enabling Bee to dodge Itachi's Totsuka Sword.

Since Bee is bloodlusted, Bee will most likely enter into Hachibi Form right away. Itachi and Sasuke have shown impressive reaction speed. Sasuke was able to react to A's speed, by using the Amaterasu as a shield to block A's attack. IIRC, Itachi was able to react to Sasuke's Kirin, by summoning his Susano'o, to block the attack with the Yata Mirror. However, while they have enough reaction speed, necessary to dodge Bee's Menacing Ball, it's highly unlikely they will have the necessary speed to escape the radius of the explosion.

Overall, A and Bee wins this.

Bee going full Hachibi at the beginning (which he would in BL) gives Totsuka Sword a giant target. It doesn't need to be fast, although I don't know where you're getting that the Totsuka Sword is slow. Even at that, Amaterasu seemed to work very well against him. While Bee's trying to stop the flames of the Amaterasu, Itachi goes Susano'o and hits him with the Totsuka Sword, then goes to help Sasuke against A.

Amaterasu itself may not work on A, but using it as a shield with a partial Susano'o seemed to work quite well against him. In-character (or roughly in-character) A didn't care what happened to his left arm when he attacked Sasuke with his Enton shield. The same thing would happen again: A would very likely lose a limb again. With Sasuke and Itachi to deal with after Itachi beats Bee with the Totsuka Sword, he really can't afford to lose that limb, although with no knowledge, he probably wouldn't realize this until it's too late. While A's attacking one, the other can use Amaterasu or get up close for Tsukuyomi. Even if Sasuke's Tsukuyomi isn't as good, it still paralyzes the enemy for a small moment, giving the other plenty of time to use Amaterasu followed by a Susano'o arrow or Totsuka Sword.

So I'm giving the win to Sasuke and Itachi.

Bloodlusted Bee would go Hachibi right off the bat seeing as how he was about to turn Hachibi the moment he recognized Kisame as part of Akatsuki although Sabu was holding him back. Although we have already witnessed bloodlusted A in action against Sasuke. He has no regards for his life in that case.

We have never witnessed a bloodlusted Itachi in action although I'll assume he'll be his usual calculation self although he will go for the quickest most efficient kill possible. Bloodlusted Sasuke is common right now, he spams Susano'o and his other MS techniques.

Now that we have used logic to predict their actions in response to their mindset we can focus more on the fight. As Hachibi, Killler Bee becomes a huge target. Itachi does not have enton therefore he must realize Amaterasu won't be a viable option for Hachibi as his flames will spread too slow. Susano'o with Totsuka will be his most logical course of action. Totsuka was able to to catch Orochimaru before he could react so it should be able to accomplish the task.

In the case a Menacing Ball is released Yata's Mirror could protect both Itachi and Sasuke. To claim it could block all attacks would be a no limits fallacy of course, but it has shown to have the capacity to do it. Suigetsu himself with the help of a lake managed to survive the menacing ball and Zetsu, someone who has seen bijuus in action, still thought it was the ultimate defense.

A has no real way to defeat Itachi and Sasuke either. His brute force is no match for the Susano'os. Of course they can't keep up Susano'o forever, Itachi much less. Through Enton though Sasuke can force A to be worn down without using too much chakra since he'll just manipulate already existing Amaterasu which he could combine with his arrows.

While both Brothers are immune to genjutsu it is very unlikely they would be immune to Itachi's Tsukuyomi which last a very short time and controls your sense of perception of time.

Both brothers have been shown to be pretty much idiots while Itachi and Sasuke have been shown to be some of the more intelligent prodigies of this manga, tactics could come in very handy here since they would most likely be easy to trick.

The brothers best chance to win this match is through using raw speed to dodge and wear down the Uchiha Brothers, but like I pointed out earlier the Uchiha brothers could overcome this through intelligent maneuvers.

Itachi and Sasuke should win this with high difficulty.
