How to change your Wifi Icon in NSCoNR3

I was wondering I see alot of people in Wifi that when your opponent is found a picture of a character other then Naruto will be someones player icon. I have checked player data and settings but have had no luck any hints???

The picture of the character is usually the character the person has used last in a match or the character the player has used the most.
