This is my strategy, generally. As Kirin Sasuke, Ougi spam until guard break a couple of times, with a few fire balls and occasional combo.
Or, I use a long range support to get opponents to come close, then Hidan's soul hunt to distract them, and catch them in my Ougi.
Am I a noob?

that strategy wouldent work on puppets >: D

It would, you can easily get past them. Chakra dash knocks them over. And Kirin would go straight for the player anyways.

Oops meant 'Taka' Sasuke doesn't have Kirin. `o.o"
Yes, Kirin goes straight on the player with 3 hit attempts which is quite unique.
However he only mentioned 'Taka' Sasuke so the puppet might get in the way of the Amerterasu (Ougi).

Oh yeah whoops. Meant Kirin Sasuke.
@Bobby - Kirin is faster than a puppet chakra dash. But you can't blame me really. I hate getting in close, because;
1) I can't substitute for toffee.
2) Most people online spam the guard when you attack so of course they're fine.

Yeah ougi/jutsu spamming does make you a noob/bad player. I don't see why people have such problems with KnJ. If you do have problems do what some people suggest and remap the Garud/Knj to R1/L1 and supports to R2/L2. It might help you.

Dude, you do realise storm 2 is on 360 too. It's because I have slow reflexes due to a blood sugar problem (NOT DIABETES).

you can't rely on the team ougi's everytime. they won't work.
with most players you have a one time deal since after they figure out that you're gonna us the team jutsu they'll spam block

I didn't say anything about a team Ougi.

No it doesn't make you noob. it makes other people noob who lose to such a basic strategy. Not that it's bad, but spamming Ougi is pretty primitive. If it's working for you keep doing it.
I have a hard time myself fighting Chiyo/Hidan supported Kirin Sasuke because if you get stuck in either support, Kirin is coming so you better have your sub on. Otherwise I just keep my distance from sasuke and throw shirukens all day until he gives up this plan and gets in my face. You need to be really careful though.

Cheers Virtual XD
I've actually moved on from that tactic now, and I try to use more combos. But since Christmas just passed there are so many newbies, you could win with your eyes closed :D
What I don't like about a lot of people is how when you get close they just spam the guard buttons like crazy, so when you hit they sub and beat you up. :( That's why I always keep my distance.

It's usually Itachi or Rasengan users that subsitiute like crazy

No you're not a noob, but don't use kirin when the opponent is close to you.
I have experience. As Neji, when the 2nd lightning bolt strikes, I use his ougi and then it's all over.
