[Theory/possible spoiler] Tsunade - Kushina's sensei?

Ok, it's just a theory... But think about it.

1. Tsunade remembered Kushina's full name (Jiraiya didn't)
2. She knows her ninjitsu (so she saw how Kushina was fighting and who knows your abl THAT good? Sensei of course!)
3. She knows her personality (so she knew Kushina very well from childhood till adulthood since she knew Kushina was a "brat who used to make pranks")
4. She said Kushina grown up as a real beauty
5. She was the only one who said Naruto is like his mother (Jir never mentioned it, he saw Naruto as a Minato only because Naruto looks like his father, but all of us knows that Naruto has no talent. He has guts and he never give up)

I'm not saying she was Kushina's shishou like she's for Shizune and Sakura, but it's possible she was a captin of Kushina's team.

Remember when Tsunade became the Hokage, she had to read all the records on all the ninja in the village, she could easily have checked his past, parents, etc.

2. She knows her ninjitsu (so she saw how Kushina was fighting and who knows your abl THAT good? Sensei of course!)

This would also be in the ninja's history and archive or she may have been a jonin at the same time as Tsunade after Jiraita left (or maybe Jiraiya forgot about her temporarily.)

3. She knows her personality (so she knew Kushina very well from childhood till adulthood since she knew Kushina was a "brat who used to make pranks")

Being from the same village, your bound to run into each other at some point and talk to one another, They may even have been at the Ninja Academy together. Also, same as #2, check the archive, teacher's make notes on what a student is like.

You see her around the village, you know. Also a picture is attached to her records. If she didn't know her, she could look at the picture that was attached to her ninja registry file, she would have had to have one when she became a genin.

If she wasn't her Sensei, she may have been another Jonin and exposed to her that way or a childhood friend. Either way, she knows a lot about Kushina, it would be nice to see what is in the ninja registry or have a filler about it.

Childhood friends? Nope. Kushina was in Minato's age. Jir was Minato's sensei. Jir and Tsu were in the same age too so it's impossible :) The only way to gain infos about Kushina's childhood and personality was knowing her. Tsunade knew Kushina. She knew her very well. There has to be deeper connection :) And since we don't know Tsu's team while she was a jounin and we don't know Kushina's team while she was a genin... I think it's possible that Tsu was her sensei/team capitan :)
And you can't say someone is just like his father or mother without knowig this person. Tsunade said: His personality and ninjitsu are just like his mother's.
Well, there's also connection between Kushina and Tsu's grandmother - both were Jinchuuriki, but it's not that important I guess.

About ninja registry - I'm afraid everything is destroyed since Pain blown up half of the village with Hokage's Tower :(
Filler... hmm... actually, I'd like to see the whole history in both - manga and anime :)

We saw Jiraya in the past with a little Minato and Jiraya is about the same age 54 or 55.

Kushina was in Minato's Class.

Quite sure she would have been 40-45 at best if she were alive.

I'd say 40 or 41. I pressume she was 24 or 25 when she died, so there was about... 14 or 13 years difference between Kushina/Minato and Tsunade/Jir. Jir was adult when he trained Minato, about 20 years. He and Tsunade were both 38 when Naruto was born.
