I don't recall seeing any exceptional feats from Tien that exceed Kuririn for now.
Kuririn was able to cut Vegeta's tail with an attack in his ape form.
Fast attack is fast.

Tenshinhan never showed any reaction speed that near in par with Kuririn's attack at that point. He was only Hypersonic+ in DBZ. He was about Hypersonic in DB.

He actually held his own in a match against Majunior before giving up.

They were about equal in power at that point, but Tien wins on technique alone. Plus, Tien could hover back then, Krillen had only just started learning.

he had the kikoho in the 22nd bodokai, kururin never fought king piccolo, but then when he did the think to piccolo jr he barely even hurt him

piccolo didnt even take off his weighted armor, again he was trolling with him, its especially evident in the manga, that kururin was no match. tien would have had a much better fight against piccolo, especially since how he did against goku. 23rd budokai goku>23 budokai piccolo, goku couldve ended the fight fast if he was willing to kill kami

Tien would probably beat Krillin with just his silly Multi-form technique that he uses against Goku. Krillin always got scared easily and he would probably let his guard down when he would use it thinking that they all have equal power. Pretty sure no matter what Tien would win the fight.

If they're all from the 23th Budokai then Tenshinhan obviously wins.

He gave Son-kun enough of a fight to make him take off his weighted clothes, while Kuririn got his ass handed to him by Piccolo. Son-Kun = Piccolo roughly then, therefore Tenshinhan > Kuririn.

He blast him to smithereens with Kikohou.

23rd was the tournament at the end of the Dragonball anime. How did it not say that in the OP? I'm well aware that the entire manga is called Dragonball, but still. most people still refer to Naruto as PTS or Shippuden.
