Details
A recent string of disappearances in the grand old city of London eerily coincides with reports by locals of a large muscular figure in tattered clothes roaming the city's alleys, docks, and rooftops at night. Sometimes the sightings of this creature include it carrying something large, possibly a body. Eyewitness accounts cannot agree on whether it is simply a strong but deformed man... or an inhuman monster.
Shibusen wants the matter investigated thoroughly.
Top priority is being put on tracking the man / creature back to its hideout and, if at all possible, rescuing the captives. Students are advised to confirm that the target is a Kishin Egg before using lethal force.

~Sleeping on the train to London. My sister, Ania, hits me on the head. I wake up and look at her. This smile comes across my face as I say.~Are you ready Ania. This is our first mission. It's time to show are power.

~I look out the window at all the lights. A few minutes later the train starts to slowly stop. The train stops and we both walk off it. Looking at the city of London, I smile and take Ania's hand, as we start walking into the city. Many people are walking around that night. Looking at all of them. I sigh and say to Ania.~We need a better view of the city.

~Jumping onto the rooftops we hear this scream. Quickly we run towards the noise. As it starts to travel father away from us. We pick up our speed, moving really fast towards the noise. We spot this large person. Knowing that the man is taking away this girl, we stay low and follow him, moving along the rooftops we spot the man enter this building. I look over at Ania and nod saying.~

We need to get inside that building. The best way is through the door at the top of the building. We will sneak down and spy on them.

~Jumping onto the the building, I slowly open the door, letting Ania enter the building first. I close the door and follow her down the stairs. We soon reach the 2nd floor. Looking down over the men. Many women are tied in chairs. As my anger starts to grow. Ania tell me to calm down. I smile and say.~I'm just nervous about this mission.

~I take her hand and go into weapon form. Waiting for her to make the move.~

As we rode the train across England's countryside, the details of the mission played through my mind. Even if I did try to sleep, there would be no way to shut my mind off. Instead, I alternated between watching the land whiz by, and my brother resting in his easy sleep. This was our first mission for the DWMA, and the first time being away from Death City since we taken in months before.

As the train pulled into London's King Cross station, I looked over at Kevin still fast asleep. I suppressed a sigh and thumped him on the head instead, stirring him from his slumber. "It's time to get up, we're here." I nodded as he spoke, taking my bag from under the seat in our compartment.

"I am as ready as I'll ever be. Don't worry Kevin, I won't let you down. You'll be the strongest Death Scythe of all time, just you wait and see." I said as I slid my hand into his as we made our way out into the night.

London at night seemed magical, and much more friendly than Russia by far. We passed passerby hurrying from and to offices, homes, and pubs, as we made our way down Acton street, blocks away from the station. The street was loud, yet quiet, with it's tall cement and brown brick buildings. As we approached an establishment dubbed "Queen's Head", Kevin became frustrated and sighed as I giggled at his next words. I smiled and shrugged, following him to the rooftops of Acton. While there we heard a scream coming a few blocks away, and Kevin tore off right for it.

"Kevin, don't be so hasty." I said, running after him, jumping from roof to roof.

When we caught up to the scream we ended on Cromer Street, in front of a small building called "South Camden Youth Access Point". We discovered the source of the scream as we watched a huge man enter the basement of the building through a side door as he carried a woman's limp frame over his gargantuan shoulder.

"Kevin, he fits the description, but I can't quite sense the condition of his soul from here." I nod in affirmation at my brother's words and follow him silently. I edged myself slowly through the door as Kevin followed close behind. Once we were inside we spotted the man and several victims bound to chairs and gagged. This man was obviously some perversion to nature, I thought as I felt the coolness of my brother's soul frost over into a white hot hatred.

"It's all right, bro, we'll be fine. We have to rescue them, there safety is our top priority."

I took a hold of Kevin's hand as he transformed, and concentrated hard on the man's soul. "First we have to see..." My sentence was cut off, however, as the gargoyle of a man bent over one of the women, lifted a rusted old clever and tore the woman's throat, devouring her soul. My soul, blood and marrow ran cold as I stabbed one end of the scythe blade into the ground, forming a large circumference around us and the Kishin egg and said: Ice Realm, under my breath.

The area within 50ft of us form into this ice dome. Making it very hard to escape the building. My sister jumps down and looks at the man. Then at the women sitting in the chiars. Each one has blank eyes. Like the man has been giving them drugs. My heart starts to burn with angery. The man looks at us and says.

"Where are you from people?"

Ania says "We are from the DWMA. We have orders to save these women. I also can use force if needed.

The man laughs and says. "It's time I get more souls."

He quickly rushes towards Ania and me. As he swings his long blade at Ania. She swings me upwards and blocks it. Jumping away from him. She spins me around and gathers SWL. I sigh and get a headache. Once she is done. She swings me upwards again. Releasing this ice blade towards the man. He laughs and quickly gathers SWL around him. Forming it into this shield. Blocking the ice blade from hitting him. I sigh and tell Ania.

"Close range should work a lot better against him. Or we could use are special attack."

She nods and runs at him. Jumping into the air. She swings me downwards with great force. As we cut off his right arm. He starts laughing really loud. As he rips the soul from another women. He eats it and grows his arm back. I start to glow with anger just like Ania. Turning back into my human form. I stand tall waiting for me orders. Since it's better to fight in close range as a human.

"What we need to do is cut him off from his supply of souls, every victim lost here after assures mission failure. Transform and we'll use crystal arbor, and then we need to get him out of the building."

As Kevin transformed again I swung his scythe form around and stabbed the blade into the ground between us and the victims. "Crystal Arbor." As I said this a forest of ice shards appeared separating the victims from us and the kishin egg. The ice shards created a thick wall like glass, and with one more push of SWL the wall solidified.

"We'll have to make this quick, they'll have six minutes max before they freeze. We need to take this outside, now.." With that I swung upwards towards the basement ceiling, "ice hammer", blowing a hole through the floor and wall leading out into the night. I then threw Kevin at the man and as he began to transform back into a human I got a running start at the man. When Kevin finished transforming mid-flight he kicked the guy dead center, sending him flying up through the hole. After Kev sent him flying I jump kick him the rest of the way, out into the streets.

How is that even fair, it won't actually be 48 hours until 11:41pm Kejon's and my time. At five your time it would only have 40-41 hours, and I know my math is right with this one.

Now in the streets of the city. Both Ania and I looked at him. Knowing we only have six minutes to kill him. She spins me around once more. As we gather SWL. Jumping into the air. We land on the roof. Running towards his standing point. We pushed off the roof and jump high into the air. Ice started to form around me. As the air started to become very cold. She swings me and we take off his arm. Pushing off the ground. We jumped away from him. Landing on the ground 15ft away. I turned into human form.

"Ania can we use it?" He asked. "Yes we can use it this time." She said

Going into weapon form once again. She spins me around as this noise comes from the scythe. She looked at the man and smiled. Running towards him. The size of the scythe tripled at once. As this clear blade forms around me. We jump onto the side of this building. She stabs the tip of me into the building. As this sound wave releases from me. It shoots down and knocks the men off his feet. We push off the building into the air above him. Looking right down at him. We wait his next move.

The clear blade wrapped around both blades, of Kevin's weapon form, vibrated as it shifted the air around it. When we reached the point above the kishin egg, I noticed he had already had gotten his feet again and prepared to leap toward us. He launched him self off of the ground, leaving very little time to react, as a giant hand caught my blind side, swatting us against a near by building. Before we hit I slashed Kevin's scythe form, releasing a blast of ice and sound to cushion the impact. I stood up from the rubble, a slight gash in my jeans and forearm, and searched for the kishin egg, ducking as he aimed another blow with his gargantuan hand.

"Damn, we need to end this, Soul Resonance!"

As my soul resonated with Kevin's, the scythe blades united in a half moon blade, the sound blade expanded outwards growing larger around the half moon blade. "Canticle of the Crystalline Moon" The Scythe glowed a brilliant white-blue as it vibrated, causing a high pitched sound to expel from the blade, causing discomfort to the kishin egg. I gripped tightly and jumped high, arching over the kishin in a triple-axial, and suddenly stopped to slash deeply across the giant of a man, not having to bloody the blade as the sound and ice slash was expelled from the blade, slashing the kishin egg in half diagonally.

"It's finished Kevin, time to go home" I said patting my brother on the back as we headed down to the basement to untie the captives and to warm them before contacting the local authorities. As they appeared we vanished from site, collecting our things as we went back to the establishment I spotted earlier, "the Queen's head". They had a room with twin beds that we stayed the night in, and in the morning we caught the earliest train heading out of Kings cross station. Of course, Kevin seemed to drift of as soon as we got to an unoccupied compartment, leaving me to stare out of the window as the amber and pale pink of the morning sun kissed the pale dewy green of the countryside.
