We'll, from what I can see, only marvel, DC, and image comics are better.
I mean, really?

Spoiler for anyone who hasn't read Dome:
Aliens that do whatever they want to you, like placing a dome over you that can't be broken by any means.

They have a turtle who created the universe due to a stomachache. You know that's badass and disturbing at the same time.

Doesn't IT the clown aka Pennywise have actual few weaknesses though?
This verse seems to be pretty broken.Too bad I'm not interested in horror.

Yeah. He has a hibernation period, and other than that, can be defeated by a group of kids every few centuries who have the help of a godly turtle.

It's true. The turtle created the universe through a stomachache. After helping the Losers defeat It into a premature hibernation, it however chocked on a few galaxies and died.

Pennywise is the Stephen King verse's manifestation of cosmic evil..
Also add that to multiverse turtle.
Aliens that can rip reality apart.

Roland Deschain > you, your dog and your grandma/
I <3 you, but wasn't Randall Flagg more powerful then him for most of the series? EXCUSE ME, Walter.
It's easily one of the strongest verses out there due to their Hax.
Hence the likes of Randall Flagg.
I think they only lack a true Omnipotent.

Pennywise could have been omnipotent if not for his weakness to childhood imagination. >_<

Obviously Annie Wilkes is omnipotent due to being a psychopathic maniac.
