I had a thought a few nights ago. Can Jinchuuriki (when in their tailed forms) fall victim to Tsukuyomi?

Yes. But the user has to be Adept at it. Or the biju's source of chakra can disrupt it immediately.

I always thought that the Bijuu would stop a jutsu like Tsukuyomi from occurring.

It depends on the relationship between Bijuu and Jinchuuriki. With Naruto, only one consciousness is ever present at any time. At base Naruto, the Kyuubi is sealed and doesn't interact with Naruto, while in a tailed form, the Kyuubi is only present, with Naruto not even remembering what he did. In that scenario, the Kyuubi won't break Naruto out of any genjutsu, much less Tsukuyomi.
But with Bee, both consciousnesses are always present. Bee talks to the 8-tails frequently. So it's possible that the 8-tails could break a genjutsu like Tsukuyomi, provided the Bijuu pumps enough chakra into Bee's brain.

well we know that a bijuu can disrupt tsukuyomi on his jinchuriki however there are 2 questions that have to be answered here first. First off since the Jinchuriki is in full tails form does the bijuu have the chakra control to break it? Also in full tail form would it be possible to lock both the jinchuriki and the bijuu in tsukuyomi?
Ok so when a Jinchuriki is in full tail form there are essentially 2 chakras surrounding him. So to even initiate the tsukiyomi the user would have to be extremely skilled if it was even possible at all; further more if it was even possible the sheer amount of opposing chakras would more then likely cancel it out. however Bijuu's are capable of being sucked into the sharingan illusions so we must take in the possibility of locking in the bijuu. Now sharingan tricks are locked inthrough eye contact which they do not have with the bijuu. So against a Jinchuriki with full controll over the bijuu like killer bee and naruto that is ruled out. So the question of can both be controlled is no as the only two living jinchuriki's have full control over there bijuu.
The next point would be do the bijuu's have enough influence over their chakra to break tsukiyomi. this question ultimately comes down to this, since a bijuu is pure chakra if they do not have any influence over there chakra they would not have any free will while the jinchuriki is in full tailed form, which has been shown that they do maintain cognitive reasoning while being fully controlled meaning they would be capable of breaking the trukiyomi.
So in closing it should be assumed that tsukuyomi can not be effectively used against a jinchuriki. If the tsukuyomi could actually be initiated against the junchuriki, then bijuu would instantly brake it

also jinchuriki's just have to avoid eye contact to avoid tsukuyom iall together
