They showed Kid Flash like he was slower than he should be... Disappointing.

Superboy was awesome. He was cloned, limited in intelligence, and limited in abilities. Overall he was made a good character.

Robin did look like an emo boy-ish. He's supposed to be smart isn't he? They didn't do a very good job showing his intelligence when he was talking but they proved it when he was hacking the systems.

Aqualad was cool. His weapons were awesome and he had a good amount of strength. Good leadership skills.

Miss Martian was hot. Not much more to say about her as of now.

The will be a green archer I guess. Female though.

Aqualad in the movie was portrayed as the "leader." Superboy deserves that role but since his intelligence is low I think Aqualad was a good choice. It'll give Superboy room to grow as a character in the end.

This is going to be my new favorite show.

This show looks really cool, but a copy of Teen Titans. Not really, but still....

It's probably the same idea but I'm pretty fine with that. The characters are different and they'll have different enemies. TT isn't a bad show to copy if they did... And the whole super hero team idea is a broad and unoriginal idea to begin with. If they can do it good then more power to 'em.

Overall, my decision to watch or not watch will come after the first few episodes. I liked the movie so I do have some expectation of me liking the show too.

I finally watched a whole episode. It is a pretty good show. Kid Flash has a heck of a mouth on him. Super Boy seems to have some anger issues. Also, I don't get it? Can Super Boy fly or just jump really high? If I'm not mistaken, the same guy that played Cyborg plays Aqualad.

Superboy can't fly or use heat vision. So far they've only shown that he lacks those two abilities. For all we know, he could just have super strength and a good amount of speed.

Aqualad may be Cyborg. I haven't checked.

I was really psyched for the debut of this show and I saw the movie (pilot episodes) and was impressed. The first episode (not including the pilot episodes) have been unimpressive though. They're all children. Hopefully the story will get a bit better.

She is from another planet, therefore she was raised in a different manner. I do not necessarily find her childish, I find her cheerful and free spirited. She is no different than a young teenage girl. Nonetheless, chick has telekinesis, telepathy, morphing abilities, invisibly mode and flight.

She may have some trouble with Superboy, because of the way he was raised (he doesn't seem to like telepathy, or maybe he just wants to keep his thoughts private).

I like Megan's ship, it's cool since it can change its shape to whatever Megan needs it to be.

Episode 5 was hilarious. I loved it. I am liking Superboy more and more, even with the huge chip on his shoulder. However, I don't like Superman treating Boy as if he weren't there.

Megan had one hilarious part in the episode as well.
Superboy says Whelmed just like Robin wanted in the first two episodes, and Kid Flash screamed at Megan when she grew three extra arms and then she screaming in response. It was hilarious. Also, Artemis does show up in the form of an arrow that looks just like the arrows that Green Arrow uses. She hasn't actually made a true appearance. That's saved for next week.

yeah at the end they assume it was speedy's, but it probly was artemis, a little secret introduction you know. I liked Super Boy in this ep, he got his ass handed to him, first by Black Canary who is one of the best female DC characters imo, then by Amazo on the train which was good to see. and finally an episode where Miss Martian doesnt say "Hello Meagan." thank god.

yeah this is what im wondering now, who she actually is? at first i thought she was just a new character to replace Arrowette but apparently, Arrowette is appearing later in the series. the creators say she's a character already in the DC mythos, now i wanna know who it could possibly be. either way, im liking the direction this show is taking.

honestly: i think speedy is gonna end up being the sleeper agent. i hope at least, that would be a nice twist.Frankly, Red Arrow can't be the other plant. We know that Superboy was created by the Light under Project Kr within Project Cadmus, the Light are in charge of that facility. In the last part of episode 2 after Guardian is placed as head of Cadmus, the Light stated that Superboy "still has work to do for the Light." Just because Red Arrow virtually left the group, doesn't mean he's working with the enemy.

I was finally able to watch last weeks episode this morning. My thoughts are that the episode was fine and I see nothing wrong with Artemis.

At the end the bad guys were talking about an 'operative on the inside'. The first thought would be Artemis because she's new, but that could just be a ploy to make the watchers think wrong. Superboy is still the Cadmus kid and still has potential to be controlled if I am thinking right.

Kid Flash is epic and he has been a favorite of mine for a while. Artemis is iffy for me because she was created just for the series when Speedy was always apart of the Green Arrow comics. I think Speedy will be coming back to save the crew sometime soon.

Did you enjoy seeing the Boom Tube from Apocalypse? I did, that means whatever is in the sphere could tie in Darkseid, who will most likely try to make Superboy his son since he can't have the real Superman.

Yeah, Big D will definately do that, I have a prediction that one of the members is either the Toy Maker or Gorilla Grod. They both have a big interest in tech like the series has been showing and I would really like to see them in action.

I find it hilarious how everywhere I look, everyone recognizes who voices Aqualad and who voices Robin, but NOBODY can seem to guess who voices Red Arrow or Kid Flash (tough some people seem to know who voices Garth in the episode "Downtime"). I'll admit, I couldn't tell who voiced Kid Flash at first, but apparently it's because I haven't heard of the actor voice in anything since Toonami in a few years.

And why exactly is the phrase "hello Megan" so annoying to everyone? I don't get it. It's not like she's saying offensive nor she even say it that often. She says it like once or twice an episode on average. Though on the subject of phrases, I find Robin's sense of disassembling grammar or whatever kinda weird, like "whelmed" or "aster." I'm not annoyed by it, but I would like to know why Robin tends to be so conscious about it.

to discredit the other Warden and move the psychiatrist into position to become the new warden. now when criminals get bagged they can start to recruit them and build a metahuman army. pick out the best of the criminal element.

what i find interesting is that Enigma escaped ( Riddler ). the whole time they were freezing him out as an insignificant piece. he probably knows something more than he should. knowing that he is a genius, he must have figured something out. wonder if he will be a link to figuring out what the Light is about.

haha thats what i wondered too. i was like "use Dr. Fate's helmet!!!" but that wouldve been a whole other can of worms right there. im not sure if the ball got shut down but... possible major spoilerim pretty sure krypto the superdog is inside the ball, ive thought that from the first ep it showed up. plus if he was prisoner on apokolips they wouldve needed some serious tech to restrain him hence the ball. the ep kind of confirmed my thoughts on who artemis' father is too... but i wont say any more.

Well I know for a fact that a few more heroes will be joining the team, and one will be Wonder Girl. Not sure who the rest are. Cyborg and Raven would be cool, and maybe a young green lantern.

wow cool Wonder Girl is joining soon? that's ok. seems they are sticking to junior JL members joining so Raven an Cyborg wouldn't be in the cards than. i have been thinking they would expand their roster since they would be a JL in training and be ike them. JL is large each member has it's own city plus lives so they have a on duty list that flows.

as for new members..... would be nice to have a JR. Fate come in to pick up the mantle. Hawkman's kid or cousin Hawkboy lol? i can't see a GL ring going to a kid so a JR GL is a stretch, unless it was handed from a fallen father to a son/ daughter. god forbid a PlasticBoy joins in lol.

true i find i like something about each of them so far. take last ep for example. Superboy straight up slugging Black Adam was boss, Artemis' kung fu kicks w/out her arrows were clutch, Robin just keeps getting shiz done and really carries the team quite a bit, Aqualad had the backup plan n shouldered the risk like a proper leader, we're finally seeing Miss Martian use her powers powerfully, and Kid Flash is the comic relief.

the series is set on Earth-16 tho so the creators are straying quite a bit from the comics. basically using it as an excuse to do what they want, so things may be different then in the regular continuity. plus with the new 52 reboot all those past happenings are moot anyway.

they kind of made him a dumb crazy if u ask me, and im not use to seeing that in Joker. he's usually insane, but not stupid, and never suicidal like at the end of that ep.

i liked this episode. the whole way thru it all i could think of is how stupid and nonsensical the characters were being and the situations that occurred. then the end came and made everything sit well with me. i liked J'onn's little monologue at the end and i think the whole episode was meant for character development really. good foreshadowing for stuff that could happen with Miss Martian down the line now too.

wow Sphere is from New Gen... that is crazy. also someone stealing New Gen tech and giving out Apok tech. this seems like we got a glimpse of who is behind the Light. sounds like Apok using his opposite ( Light ) as a cover to organize and manipulate the bad guys.

also seems like a possibility at the genetics lab where Superboy was created, maybe Apok tech involved there too. we know how he is fixated on Superman.

Robin talking to Canary was a real revelation real cool. same for Superboy's.

seems like things moving along. i love this slow pace tbh it is so much better than a suposedly complex plan being found out in 2 episodes and solved. this is a real conspiracy and complex plan. i love it!

yeah my "krypto is in the sphere" theory failed hard. i shouldve thought of the super-cycle smh, it was even in the old young justice comics. i really liked this episode, there's a lot to build on. personally i think the apokoliptians have their own agenda separate from the Light. we may need to wait til next season to find out tho.

I liked Harm. The whole Beowulf idea was pretty sick. It was a good Halloween-type episode.

It was last night? Because it was a Halloween thing, I thought it was just a rerun. It's kind of disappointing that they didn't air it closer to Halloween though.

Harm was ok nothing wow to me i liked Secret tbh more. when i first seen her on the roof i thought it was gonna be Raven. it was so stupid that the museum guy relates the phrase to activate the sword that had me laughing. it is like, "oh someone stole the nuclear bomb locked in the briefcase. to bad they don't know the code to open it is A, B, C and D."

what was the deal w/ Artemis though? she is getting along great w/ Wally last couple episodes, than gets all stressed when Zatana points out Super Boy and Miss Martian.

I was mostly into the episode for the fact that they used Beowulf. No one ever uses Beowulf for anything! He needed some screen time.

i was a bit confused by her reaction too. id speculate that she still feels like an outsider, while the other team members are all starting to gel pretty close. n with her past she's probly slightly jealous n maybe she was pissed that she didnt notice when it was clearly obvious, like zatanna saw. she kind of had that classic teenage "i just dont get why im in the sitch im in right now" thing n got mad about it imo.
