Distance: Kisame is in the Water and Gaara is on the Beach. About 13 feet from eachother.

Kisame takes this easily. Kisamehada + water dome. He's fast enough to ignore Gaara's sand as it is, with water further slowing it down, there's no way Gaara can do anything to Kisame.

Since Gaara is yet on a beach with pounds and pounds of sand.
There is even sand under the water Kisame is in.
knowing Garra he would try to get Kisame stuck to the underwater
sand below him.
Then Gaara would probably cover him in sand and Use Sand Burial.

If Kisame was able to dodge this there is sand in every moleclue of water.
I mean really the sea is filled with sand/salt
So Kisame is basicly Caught no matter where he moves.
Whether he goes on land or still in the water he is caught.
Even if he fuses and makes waterdome there is still sand in it.
Gaara could easily trap kisame in a sand burial killing him.

Or Gaara can Just throw sand at his eyes blinding him and killing him with sand burial :D

To my knowledge, wouldn't the water just make the sand pack together, and slow it down? Kisame is a beast in the water, so dodging isn't a problem, when the sand's been slowed down.

If he fuses with Samehada, he can also absorb the chakra from the sand, making it useless and making him stronger.

If Gaara could manage to seperate Kisame from the water he may win this one with a sand burial but if Kisame stays near water Gaaras chances of winning are next to none.

As much as I would want Gaara to win, Kisame's a friggin tank. How many big attacks of Gai did he tank? Gaara, as much as I hate it, has little chance.

Samehada is not going to absorb the sand, I don't know where the hell people are getting this idea. If you ask me, Kisame shouldnt even be top tier. Only his sword should.

Gaara flies up out of Kisame's reach with his sand, keeping his defense on. Giant Sand burial with all the beach sand and the millions of tons laying under the ocean, Let's see Samehada absorb a giant sand coffin. =/

Great Shark Missile Technique. While its range is unspecified, it is not by any means close range and it doesn't take seven seals, all it takes is a clap, then the dragon seal and then a technique specific seal. And Kisame can use it at the same speed that 7 Gates Gai can punch.

Which is really really really really really really really really really really really really fast.

You're making good points. Samehada isn't going to be draining Gaara's sand of chakra anytime soon, and while both have nearly unlimited resources at their disposal, Gaara is probably going to make better use of that.

Kisame is a crazy tanker, his speed is amazing, and he has insanse chakra AND thats without the sword. With the sword he's even better.
He absorbs the chakra in the sand i guess (dont know if he can do that but who knows :\)
but eather way Kisame uses the water to blitz and kill gaara.

We have no proof that gaara can control mud, which is what the sand is when mixed with water. Also yes Earth>water but Gaara's chakra affinity is wind. Also the hand seal for the sand burial is ram, and most earth techniques end with the snake hand seal

Gaara's Ultimate defense acks ON ITS OWN. Gaara can just stand there while the sand is just protecting him.
Gaara could summon a Sand giant to smash Kisame.
Plus sand is in the ocean which gives Gaara adavanatge no matter where he is.
Since Kisame is WET sand will stick to him guys I hope u noticed that now.
The sand will stick to him causing Kisame to slow down.

He didn't react to it, the sand was already moving to attack Sasuke when the Sauce used Amaterasu. In any event, prove that Amaterasu is faster than 7 Gates Gai.

Elemental chakra and plain old chakra are not the same thing. Bee used elemental chakra. As in, not regular chakra. As in, there's nothing stopping Kisame from absorbing the chakra in Gaara's sand. As in there's no possible way for Gaara to win this fight.

Only with the Shukaku still implanted in Gaara. Without it, Gaara can only rely on his own ability to react. And even if Gaara did still have the Shukaku, he would still die on account of the fact that Kisame is much much faster than he is and thus, speedblitzes.

I can see that there is never going to be an end to this, so it's nothing more than an excuse for you to post farm.
