Naruto gets all Kakashi`s powers.
His Chakra is million times higher.
He gets Prime Superman`s speed, strength and durability as a base.
If he manages to go Sage mode, all his powers become 100 times stronger.
Goku just before Cell games.
Two scenarios:
1) Goku must stay in his base.
2) Goku can go up to ordinary ssj1. He is not allowed to go full powered super saiyan.
Special rule: Genjutsu is not allowed.
