Itachi is my favourite villain, just because he has some depth and story, behind the true Character that he is, almost mysterious in a way, also mostly unknown, so really, he tops it, as my favourite villain, followed then by, Sasuke ...

Orochimaru, hands down. He's psychotic and weird and conniving and probably just plain bananas. XD He's got to be the best villain.

After him I'd say Deidara or Kabuto. Oh, and Kakuzu!
