Wow I can't believe people are actually saying Speed Blitz. Haku was beaten in speed by beginning of series Sasuke. He won't do any speed blitz here; if anything, he will be the one to be blitzed. Choji goes super size and crushes him before he gets a chance to do anything significant. That or Shikamaru immobilizes him and throws an explosive tag at his face.

Expansion jutsu makes Haku's needles totally useless and Shadow Sewing can help with the mirrors too, assuming that Haku lives long enough to use it. If he can use it. Since water will have to be conveniently around and under Shikamaru & Choji for him to catch them in it, and he can't do it right away at that distance.

Exactly. Choji would overwhelm Haku with his Expansions and Human Boulder, leaving Shikamaru the chance to catch Haku. Once that happens, its done.

Choji's destructive power now far exceed Naruto's Kyuubi leak in that fight.

His speed isn't even really that great, it just seemed supirior since he was able to blitz Naruto and Sasuke at the beggining of the series.

Shika holds him down with shadow strangling or shadow possession.

Choji goes super expansion and crushes him.

If he did get the chance to trap them in ice mirrors, Choji can break out of it easily by expanding.
