I just wanted let people know that Afternoon Tiger is not weak at all, people say it is weak because Kisame survived the attack, but if you read and look closely at the chapter(507) you can see that Kisame's Shark swallowed Gai's AT attack. i am not saying it negated it but it did make the size of the attack smaller and smaller. if you don't believe me look for yourself. If you don't think this is the reason Kisame's survived the AT attack then read the clues that shows that Gai was trying to take Kisame alive so that They can get info out of him. Here it is, Hope it makes Sense to you Guys and clears the misconception about the Afternoon Tiger.

this first one shows how Afternoon Tiger got swallowed by The Giant Shark Missile, look closely in the sharks mouth, you will see Gai's attack getting smaller. and also read the part where Kisame Says about his Shark is swallowing his attack:

I hope i really show you guys that the Afternoon Tiger was not used to its full potential, even so we see how much damage it does, Kisame, even though he survived, he was defenseless.

Kisame's missile would only have affected Afternoon Tiger if it were made of chakra. Which it isn't. If Afternoon Tiger got weaker when it was used on Kisame, then that's just an unfortunate effect of the tech itself, not because of anything Kisame did.

you really think this after you read what was there even the hits where it showed Gai wanted to keep Kisame alive? seriously???

You are wrong in saying that Kisame's missile would only have affected AT if it was made of chakra, most people think this way too though. Kisame's missile would have grown larger when it connected with Gai's attack if it was made of Chakra, just because it was not chakra does not mean that Kisame's missile Swallowed Gai's attack

Kisame said it himself that his shark was swallowing his attack but not getting bigger, meaning it was weaking his attack but not making his own shark stronger at the same time like it was supposed to

it really shows how small it got until it reached Kisame. Where i live, Bigger means Stronger, and considering that AT is like a bomb, the bigger the bomb the bigger the explosion

I understand where you are coming from but did you understand the hints i showed that explains why Gai wanted Kisame alive.

ANd just because Gai said AT focuses all of its power on a single point does not sincerely mean it got smaller because that was part of the technique. it was the sharks does that made the attack look like the way it did. you can not assume it was also the same strength when it became small because Gai does not state that.

You can't assume it got weaker. Gai's explanation plainly indicates that Afternoon Tiger only got smaller because that's what Afternoon Tiger does.

There's nothing to remotely indicate that Kisame's own attack made it weaker in any way.

Gai wanting Kisame alive doesn't mean that Kisame's missile made Afternoon Tiger weaker.

Unless you've got something other than what's already been proven to complete bunk, you've got nothing at all.
