If sasuke does have all of itachi's powers with his new ems does that mean sasuke's susanoo will now have the totsuka sword and yata mirror and if sasuke uses it is there a possibility it could strip the kyuubi from naruto and if so how will naruto counter.

I assume your going by when Itachi freed Sasuke of Orochimaru. If so, that's not exactly what happened. Itachi didn't actually "strip" Oro from Sasuke. He had to back Sasuke into a corner and let him be defenseless so Oro would come out on his own and then he imprisoned Oro. So there is nothing saying that the sword or the mirror could extract anything from anyone.

The Totsuka sword was something that Itachi had "acquired", there was the mention that Orochimaru had been searching for it for years, as such, it is not something that is affiliated with the Uchiha Kekkei Genkai. The Yata Mirror was apart of the Mangekyo, the susanoo, so that 1 was inherited the other was not.

I posted almost the same thread not to long ago. From what we know, the sword and mirror aren't necessarily capable of extracting a bijuu. But who knows, Kishi will probably add some twists to make the fight more interesting.

I had this weird theory involving the totsuka, there has to be a reason itachi didn't use it right, if it can seal anybody wouldn't he have just used it on madara, but here's the thing, the reason that he decided to take oro out on his final battle was that if he were to preform Susano'o again, i think the totsuka would release whatever soul it is holding. because if it he could seal more than one soul he would have sealed oro's and madara's, but no only oro's, and if it releases when the totsuka comes out, and if Sasuke's susano'o has the totsuka...not good. Sasuke for sure would want to test out his new abilities without worry of blindness, and the second that he opens the combined susano'os of his and his brothers, the totsuka sword wil release oro's soul, and nothing good can happen after that.
