So here's an idea for a Naruto Game I came up with.
It would be on the computer because a console would'nt be able to store all the data.
So basically it's an mmorpg and some of these ideas I got from WoW from when I used to play and tinkered with them a bit in my head so they fit Naruto. So anyway it takes place during Part 1 of Naruto, then an expansion would increase it into the Shippuden story. And just like how in WoW there's 2 factions and different races for each faction, in this game there would be the selection between the different Hidden Villages(Konohagakure,Amagakure etc.). After you choose your village you then create your character. After you create your character, and just like how there's different classes in most mmo's, you'd be able to choose what your Ninja specializes in such as Ranged Weapon Specialist like Tenten, Taijutsu Specialist like Lee, Jutsu Specialist like Naruto and more. Also you choose what clan your from and whatever clan you choose basically gives you the equivilant of the racial traits in WoW. For example the Akimichi Clan get the ability to expand their body for increased power for a set amount of time, and Hyuga Clan get the Byakugan basically. But for clans like Uchiha, you wouldn't be able to become one until the Shippuden expansion comes out that explains why there are more Uchiha other than Sasuke, Madara and Itachi. So anyway when you begin the game, it starts you out in the academy as a tutorial and gives you the basic controls for the game by giving you assignments any student would get from the Academy. When you're done wth the tutorial, you graduate from the academy and now that you have 1 character graduated, any character you make after can automatically skip the tutorial. Oh and as a side note the basic skills you start out with would probably be things like clone jutsu,kunai/shuriken throw(and if you're a ranged specialist you have a seperate ability which throws the projectiles more rapidly, like how in WoW hunters shoot bows and guns faster and do more damage than the classes that don't initially use them as a special), and also skills like clone jutsu and transformation jutsu. So once you've completed the tutorial things get a bit different than they are in Naruto. You get petty missions at first just around your village but after a bit, you start to get more varied missions. And here's where my ideas start to be a little unrealistic for a game. Many of the quests are group quests which require you to find people to make a group with, or in this game it'd be called a Squad. And the squads could contain a max amount of 4 players. I also have another idea that once you finish the tutorial your assigned to a squad of NPCS with an NPC jonin leader and you do missions that way. I'm still not sure which would be better. But anyway, you acquire different things like new clothes that change your appearance and add to your stats and also new weapons and such. And as you level up you gain new skills that fit your ninja class,so if your a jutsu specialist you'd learn more jutsu as you level up. Not all your skills will be new, some will just be upgraded versions of your already learned jutsu, like how in WoW for lets say a paladin you learn holy light, then at another level you'd learn holy light rank 2 and it'd go on for awhile. And at certain levels you go up a ninja rank. So lets say the academy tutorial gets you to level 5, then you become elegible for chuunin at lvl 20 but you have to take the chuunin exam, but don't worry your opponents are npcs. After you become a chuunin you keep progressing and can do more things such as join the black ops, do solo missions and more. Then maybe after another 15 or 20 levels you become elegible for jounin but you have to go on a difficult solo mission. And the level cap would be 40 until the Shippuden expansion. And some things I forgot to mention, certain villages are allied and some are enemies. So The Leaf Village and Sand Village are neutral or allied and they can't hurt eachother. But The Hidden Leaf and Hidden Sound are enemies and they can attack eachothers villages and pvp within the world of naruto. Also at some point in the game you learn the ability to walk up trees and on water. And the shippuden expansion would add things like new clans, new abilites, and a higher level cap up to 60 maybe and possibly like in The Wrath of the Lich King, when you have a character level 45 or higher you can create an akatsuki character that starts out at 45. Some of these ideas probably need to be changed around a bit, also sorry for how long this is, but if you read the whole thing then thanks ;)
