I've been thinking about what some good fights would be in the war, and, out of boredom, i created some potentially good match ups:

Darui VS Kakuzu
Neji VS Hizashi
Kakashi VS Kabuto
Sakura VS Sasori
Lee VS Kimimaro
Gai VS Itachi
Gaara VS Chiyo
Shikamaru VS Asuma
Temari VS 4th Kazekage
Kankuro VS Deidara
Madara VS Onoki, A, Mei, Tsunade

Note: I left out Sasuke and Naruto because Naruto's training his Controlled Jinchuuriki Mode and Sasuke is recovering from getting Eternal Mangekyo

lets start at the top
1.Kakazu- Dariu only has only element
2.Neji- father vs. son thats jus sad but neji is a genius
3.Either way- this would a very nice rematch
4.sasori- sakura would have died before we even saw his real face if it wasnt for chiyo
5.lee- but only in loopy fist or eight gates
6.gei cant move
7.garaa- hes the flippin kazakage
8.shikamaro- he's jus to smart to lose
9.4th. kazekage- she wouldnt have a chance
10.dedria- both long distance this will bee a good one
11.madra- the can all die at a simply whim.

I guess your list seems fine. Kakuzu and Darui have no connection so I'm a bit iffy on that. I was looking forward to a Yamato and Kakuzu match but that's not possible at the moment obviously.

Maybe Kankuro and Sakura team-up vs. Sasori. I would say that's better than just Kankuro vs. Deidara.

I'm looking forward to the former Jinchuriki's abilities, which I'm hoping that they somehow retain their unique powers if they had any from the Tailed Beasts like Gaara.
