And Juugo doesn't seem like the kind of person to be with anybody.
I'm not saying I wouldn't like it but it seems kind of awkward.

I think it would be fitting, they were best friends, it's bound to "lead somewhere" I guess. It would be awkward, but I would support it. Unemotional, brainwashed, bone boy, with totally crazy, source of the cursemark, serial killer boy. XD

I think it could have been possible. Kimimaro was the only person who could calm Juugo down. And Juugo obviously cared a lot about Kimimaro.

True. They were probably just like Naruto and Sasuke in the old days.
