I say KB because he can fully transform into his tailed beast. Naruto has made a promise he will necer use the Kuubi's chakra again, and so would lose.

Killerbee can actually control his beast and use it to his full potential. While Naruto can't control his beast after a certain number of tails. Plus with the strength I saw from Killerbee and the Eight tailed OX against team hawk, I don't think Naruto can do that.

I go with the Eight Tailed Ox at this point.

Killer Bee could barely win, because Naruto has no control over the Nine-Tails fox currently, and sage mode alone could not defeat him, but I think he is going to use the sage mode to control the fox, you know Sage mode gathers energy from the nature, and takes much time, so what it he gathers chakra from the fox It is more energy or same as the sage mode. The time needed to activate it would be taken off, and the fox would be under his control, so unless he does this, Killer Bee would win.

I say Naruto because the Kyuubi is more powerful and if Naruto has to face a tailed beast he would probably realize he has to unleash the fox on it
