Big misconception about Contract Seal

Okay guys, so we know during Minato vs Madara, Minato took away control of the Nine-Tails from him, and we know Madara stated that the Nine-Tails would once again be his. It's my theory that Hashirama used this technique on Madara during there fight. Now, what I'm saying is, Contract Seal is more of a defensive technique, not something that will do perminant damage. So pretty much, Madara is still able to control the Nine-Tails, hence this quote:

"You deserve the title of Fourth Hokage...Managing to wrest te fox from my control in one move. But someday it will be mine again" - Uchiha Madara

The last sentence pretty much says that he can still control the Nine-Tails. My guess is, Kabuto will get killed when he fights Naruto, Madara will go after him, Naruto will begin to lose control of the Fox due to Madara's Sharingan.

Exactly. The only reason madara got the fox when he did was because the seal is weak during child birth. I don't think your prediction will happen though.

I agree with this in some ways. Except that I think Sasuke is going to be the one to take the Kyuubi from Naruto. The Kyuubi more or less admitted that Sasuke's chakra was more terrible then even Madaras.

The Kyuubi is going to be in Naruto and Sasuke's final battle, I have little doubt about that. Sasuke knows Naruto, has fought him in Ninetailed forums, and I'm sure has learned quite a bit(or will learn more) about Bijii extraction.

Sasuke and the Kyuubi are Naruto's two biggest enemies of the series. He has to fight them both.

Maybe after the 9 tails is extracted Sasuke will take control of it to use as a weapon while he and Naruto team up against Madara.
