Well...there are many different strands of DNA in a person. It's unlikely that the cells Madora collected from Hashirama mirror those that Oro put in Yamato. I think the idea is to basically make Zetsu's powers that much closer to Hashirama's.

so hes a tree style user??

itll make him stronger cause all senju seem to be stong physically but aside from maybe some wood jutsu should be the same
