Crocodile vs. Gaara

I was re-reading One Piece, Impel Down Arc, and when I saw Crocodile, I was like: "Hmmm...what if he went up against Garra?" Both can manipulate sand, so I thought it would be pretty interesting....
Just wondering, what do you guys think?

Location: Plains, not really a desert, but pretty dry place with some greens.

Distance: 100ft

Garra doesn't have biju, and has no knowledge of Crocodile's weakness(water)

done many times before in different threads, garra cant do anything to crocidile and eventually gara turns into a mummy, and with no biju its a rape

Luffy and Zoro were bullet-timing shortly before the Alabasta arc and Croc easily matched Luffy.

no i dont think gaara could control crocodile.
o yea...and if the battle were to last very long...croc-boy would win. gaara would run out of chakra

He blitz's, and Gaara can't control his sand which is sentient anyways.
