Based on what we've seen Madara do, i've come up with a few theories on what the EMS techniques are:
Genjutsu that kills - We see that Madara used some kind of genjutsu to kill Konan, so i think one if its techniques might be a genjutsu of the highest level. A full on exposure to this technique I think would bring the users fear to life, then shut down the brain.
S/T Technique - Possibly a higher level of Madara's current S/T tech and blended with Kakashi's Kamui. Maybe long range warping in and out of dimensions + intangability for longer periods of time.
