I tried posting a theory on it, but it wouldnt let me post the full one.

Anyway, In a nutshell, if Madara's Moon Eye Plan is true then he is pretty much like Nagato trying to achieve peace through that. Sasuke will team up with Naruto merely through the knowledge that he is being manipulated by Madara. Sasuke will take Madara's "Power" (Juubi), Naruto will gain Rinnegan through the crowjob/Uchiha power and thats what the final battle will be.
