Uchiha Sasuke and the Rinn'egan/Madara and Eternal Mangekyo (Theory)

This topic is about Tobi's comment regarding syncing Sasuke to the Gedo Mazo. My question is, if the Gedo Mazo was summoned by a wielder of the Rin'negan, would it be possible that the beast may be somehow linked to the eye, possibly capable of granting the powers of the Rin'negan/Pein Rikudo one synced with it? It's quite possible, considering Nagato did not have any of his powers before summoning the Gedo Mazo, also how Madara stated he could use this to become more powerful than Nagato. Another thing, Madara also said that he wanted to strengthen Sasuke's Mangekyo Powers by fighting the Kage's. Also, he now has Itachi's eye powers + some new EMS techniques. I think Madara plans to take Sasuke's EMS for himself after he masters it, then give him the Rin'negan so he can sync with the Gedo
