Usually a sign like this is concidered to be a great thing in the Ai clan only a few have been born like this

They also have a shrine for a cat statue with the family's symbol on the stomach.

I'll just change the name anyways, Fusero is 'duck' and Ushi means 'cow' so don't get any ideas, you've been tricked.
