The GameMaster of the Oblivion Quest who's taking on like fourteen people at once, with six or so of them high tiers. He can use his Lucifer or Iku template, or both. However, Iku is restricted with authentic lightning, and Lucifer cannot use Pyrokenises. Area is inside a ten mile-wide room with open space.
