Akamaru VS Pakkun

Pakkun has like no jutsu and he's not like Akamaru who's been trained to fight alongside his owner.

Current Akamaru tears Pakkun to shreads. Pre-time skip could probably take him as well since Akamaru was bred to fight and Pakkun is just a tracker.

because he has no thumbs he would have to have a scroll
pakkun is smarter than akamaru plus is small so a harder target to hit and can carry a kunai in his mouth
plus he is never alone and kakashi's dogs can travel underground`@x)
