I know that Suigetsu could take Shino because he could just turn into water and drown Shinos insects,Shikamaru could easily outsmart Kiba and walk him into a trap,and Sakura could avoid Sai's ink animals long enough to get close and punch him into next week.

Sai is a intelligent man and he is in the Root so dont underestimate him. But I agree with what you said there

Team one should win this.
Only real threat is Getsuga or Twin Headed Wolf from Kiba.

But Suigetsu is pretty much immune to those time of attacks anyways, and could probably counter them with water monster thing.

I'd say the right team wins. Suigetsu is honestly the only threat here, and that is solely because of the location.

Eventually Suigetsu will be worn out from fighting three different people. Sai can fly out of range and Shino could arguably drain him with bugs.

With a lake there to use as a water source,Suigetsu could easily drown Shino's insects. Shino has never shown any huge insect moves,except for in the games which are non-canon.

The problem is how he deals with Sai. Sai can easily fly out of range and spam beasts, Suigetsu has good range but he can't hit a flying opponent.

Also, Kiba and Shino could at least wear Suigetsu down, his stamina hasn't shown to be very impressive.
