I doubt it. While Kishimoto is having Team 7 inherit a lot of the Sannins characteristics and techniques. He can't give them ALL of the Sannins traits. Jiraiya writes books, and loves literature. Naruto doesn't. Orochimaru wants all jutsu in the world , Sasuke doesn't. Tsunade has big breasts and hates losing. Sakura doesn't. Not currently anyway. I doubt she will get big boobs >_>

Though I went for may be because there is always a chance Kishi might make Sakura become the new image for Tsunade, I suppose, though out of everything all I can say is that, she is most likely to become a little more feminish at least ...
