Goku. He has incredible speed. Without that, his Kamehameha could destroy all of Kakashi's justu. Without that, a simple ki blast could take him very far into the battle and he'd eventually win. To limit him more than that would be like having him fight with a twig. Goku wins.

well agreed, because they are all on a different scale, and are not even supposed to be compared, I mean, if he wanted to Mr. Kishimoto, could give all naruto characters all super powers, he did not, so they are not even to be compared, if you do, take the percentage of power, not the power itself,

But even if the sharingan could copy gokus attacks would kakashi really have the chakra or energy to use them without dying and sharingan can also copy physical moves like dancing leaf shadow during the chunin exams but the person has to be physically capable of doing it
