Lariat.

A could blitz, probably without shroud even.

If he uses the shroud, Kisame would be able to absorb it, while having his head removed via Lariat as well.

A is fast enough to blitz before Kisame can use any water jutsu...
The others arent really needed.. it just makes it more impossible for Kisame to win.

Ksiame is actually a bit of bad matchup for A. Because Samehada absorbs Raiton Shroud.

However on the chance A has some trouble against Kisame. C uses Genjutsu which was able to momentarily stall Sasuke briefly.
