3. Itachi is fully bloodlusted and is happy to kill
4. Knowledge is as in the manga

his kamui isnt instant.. its basicaly his kamui when he fought deidera which sucked, and took forever to focus. therefor itachi activates susaano, and rapes... or amaterasus the crap out of both of them..

Also , Kamui is the same thing was the same thing which wrapped A speeding Missile form Asura which was directed to Choji ..
