It would appear to be a stomp in Ulq's favor, but maybe I'm wrong.

In my opinion ulquiorra was stronger than regular Aizen. Remember he never showed Aizen his true power.

Some of these answers are a joke. Aizen would destroy ulquiorra with ease. Aizen admit that Urahara surpasses him in intellect and was equal in power at one point to. So in other words, Urahara=base Aizen in terms of power, however Aizen has KS. Urahara wins this easy, he has yet to even show his bankai and already established as a top tier character of Bleach. I would put him in the same group as Aizen/Yamamoto/Isshin.

This thread was posted at 09-12-2010, so people knew enough about Urahara to conclude he would defeat Ulqoiorra with ease. Futhermore, please read the comment's they posted above mine, they clearly know about the fight between Urahara and Aizen. About reviving a old thread, well most the people who posted prior to me thought Ulquiorra would win this which clearly aint the case so I thought I would just point it out....
