I would have to say doom. he beat silver surfer before. thats a feat that proves his above magneto's level. Their both smart but Doom's is also above a level or two in that that department.

Doom could likely life-wipe a small planet if he wanted to. He's probably only second to Strange when it comes to magical prowess. He simply mind rapes Magneto into submission, or better yet does something Doomtastic and badass that I can't even begin to think of because he's such a friggin genius character.

What ever do you mean(whistling). Even if does have the power he does not use it consistently. On the other hand all Magneto has to do is collapse doom armor into his brain before he even uses a spell. Power isnt everything.

Magneto would kill Doom before he even thinks about casting a spell. Magneto is the worst person for doom to face. That statement you said before would only work if he had preknowledge of fight which he dont and prep time which also doesnt have.

No, but seriously, even if Doom's armor is made of metal, his magic is so hax that he can probably reverse Mag's magnetismic abilities anyway.

repeating urself doesnt really reinforce ur point. that would require prep. if magneto and doom are walking down the streets of new york and run into each other n light it up, dooms not gonna say "oh damn, hold it a minute i gotta go get my metal suit that is magically immune to magnetism"... i'd need a feat to suggest doom could make his armour immune on the spot.

Because it's totally outside the realm of possibility that Doom's armor would already be immune to magnetism, on account of the fact that Magneto routinely tries to kill everyone on the planet that isn't a Mutant, among which Doom is included.

And that's not even getting in to the bit where he's one of the strongest magic users in the universe, capable of turning Mags into dust with a snap of his fingers.

Doom already has knowledge on nearly every superhuman character in the Marvel Universe. Magneto, a man who is known almost EXCLUSIVELY for trying wipe out human beings and take over the planet, would obviously be of interest to Doom. On top of that, they've had actual run ins within the Marvelverse, though they've obviously never fought.

Doom could literally just surround himself with a protective barrier that Magneto's magnetic waves couldn't travel through in the time it takes Flash to get take out. It's not even funny how outmatched Mags is in this situation. Doom has a higher brain function output than more or less anyone in comics. He's been ranked as the smartest villain EVER multiple times by Wizard Magazine. If it comes down to a contest of who can react first, Doom is going to stomp.

Well doom does have armor that's mostly made of iron or metal, but Magneto is extremely powerless against Doom's magic.

He's also won before with mind control. There's really nothing Mags can do against him.
