It is true that Naruto appears to be rather strong but even so, there is always something that will hold him back or a weakness he has. Sasuke is smart, he will figure out a way if there is one, to do some damage to Naruto if they ever happen to cross paths again in battle. Sure Naruto may be much stronger now but strength and abilities isn't always the things that win a battle. They most definately help of course, but even so Naruto isn't perfect he has flaws, heck so does Sasuke have flaws, so out of anything if Sasuke is meant to win the next battle against Naruto there will be a way that he does it.

Remember that we don't yet know whether Naruto's new abilities will allow him to cut through genjutsu illusions, so logic suggests that Sasuke would pwn him. Why? Because Naruto sucks -- I repeat -- sucks at genjutsu. He's completely vulnerable to even weak genjutsu artists, and he's a blockhead to boot. When you consider that Sasuke can kick almost anyone's butt with ninjutsu (with a few notable exceptions), and that he's got the smarts and mastery of EMS genjutsu to manipulate even the likes of Donzou, the outcome becomes clear.

That's what I mean. The mental side of his abilities will be/are better than Naruto. Itachi proved how stupid powerful MS can get, and Sasuke's got his eyes now, plus maybe Madara as a sensei. But story logic says that Naruto has to become Hokage, so probably Sasuke won't win, or the battle will be after Naruto gets the big job. Maybe they both die then.

Most likely with his ems upgrade he will be on equal terms with Naruto. Naruto will probably win thanks to plot. But in the end Naruto will become something to a god at his current pace of progression so that equal power thing will end really fast.

Naruto gets Shadow Clone jutsu Sasuke Fire Ball Jutsu and extreme ninja skills, Naruto gets Nine Tailed Fox chakra access Sasuke gets Sharingan, Naruto gets Summoning Jutsu Sasuke gets Chidori, Naruto gets Rasengan Sasuke gets fully complete Sharingan, Naruto gets Nine Tailed Fox modes Sasuke gets Cursed Mark Mode, Naruto gets stronger and get Giant Rasengan Sasuke gets even more powerful and learn new techniques like Chidori Stream and that Chidori Sword thing, Naruto gets Wind Style and FRS Sasuke gets all sorts of lightng based jutsus and Kirin as well as that Great Dragon Flame technque, Naruto gets Sage Mode Sasuke gets Mangekyo Sharingan as well as Susano'o and Enton, Naruto gets 100% usage of the Nine Tailed fox chakra but now Sasuke gets EMS.

We havent even seen EMS but we know this, its the most powerful dojutsu compared to the MS, the user gets the combined power of him and his brother, it greatly increased the power of the user and his techniques, it wont allow the user to lose their eye sight and it grants them an brand new dojutsu.

1. Sasuke and Itachi combines is insanely beast.
2. Boost-up their current skills greatly and Sasuke is already powerful at it is.
3. The dojutsu must be greater than the past Sharingan dojutsu such as Tsukyomi, Susano'o, Amateratsu, and Izanagi.

What I said from above. All Naruto got is increased spees, power, and stamina only when he enters that new form of his and that thing doesnt even seem that great for Naruto breaking his own ankle for stomping too hard where with Sage Mode he falls in a pit of land spikes and shatters it and leaves without a scratched.

Before Naruto got his power-up, he himself said that Sasuke was outta of his league and he stood no chance against him. If anything, Naruto's new power-up puts him and Sasuke on the same league before Sasuke got the EMS. If Naruto thought that he couldnt beat an weakened Sasuke with Sage Mode and FRS. A healthy Sasuke with the almighy EMS wouldnt be no different even if he did get an power-up.

Besides if anything Naruto is gonna train and get stronger. He might be able to reach Sasuke's level.

The primary difference in power now is that Sasuke has some shade of hope in matching Naruto at the physical level (Susano'o), while Naruto is still completely vulnerable to genjutsu (as far as we know). Now, we really do not know the extent to which full access to the Kyuubi's chakra has upgraded Naruto's abilities. I think what has been shown so far is only a shadow of what he may become by this power alone. After all, he just got the power. We do know he gains some sensory capabilities not seen in other ninjas, and that was with no training. That could improve his counter to genjutsu. It could be that they are even now, but if we can only restrict our speculation to what has been shown, Sasuke probably wins.
