If they're in a desert, that can actually hinder the left team. Gaara may have a lot of sand at his disposal, but it would be foolish for him to spam it while Raikage is out there trying to kill members of the right team. If Gaara did attack with Raikage there, it's likely Raikage, a close range fighter, would be immersed in sand like the others. Mizukage isn't even that powerful and still needs to be moderately close to do much damage, so she's in danger too. If Gaara doesn't attack, well that takes away one of their most effective attack options.

Jiraiya could most likely summon all the boss toads to help fight and to give him prep for SM. Once he's in SM, he can be of a lot of use for his team, and moves like Frog Song could end up winning the match if he can land it. If Kakuzu already has hearts out, he can start spamming blasts from the start. Bee could go around using 3 Tailed Lariat, if for some reason he decided to go 8 Tails, then he could solo with one menacing ball.

I'd say the right team is more likely to take it, in spite of the location, because Gaara's teammates are not suited for that sort of combat.

The odds for this battle can quickly change. Kakuzu has his four hearts, Jiraiya summons three boss toads, and then summons Ma and Pa for Sage Mode. This makes the odds three on twelve (four hearts+three boss toads+Ma and Pa=12). Killer Bee could simply go full Hachibi and attempt to finish them all off in one blast or just use Lariat. Kakuzu could spam elemental attacks as distractions while Jiraya or Bee could finish them off.

This being Gaara's enviorment, he could easily have the upper edge battling alone; however, with teammates to wrry about, this advantage is useless. Using Cascading Sand Wave Flood or even a gigantic Sand Tsunami could easily finish off the boss toads and Kakuzu's land-based hearts, but since the teammates are probably in the way, this is out of the question.

Jiraya's Sage Mode is key in this battle. This gives Jiraiya an immense variety of tactics and techniques to use. Water, oil, fire, genjutsu, etc. Plus, the healing capabilities associated with Sage Mode give Jiraiya and faster heal rate.

I would think that Kakuzu, Jiraya, and Killer Bee would win in the end.
