i think Shino would win due the sheer number of bugs in his control.

Being on Team 7 means nothing, Sakura's on Team 7 and she's a low tier Naruto character who can be beaten by Shino. Being a former ANBU member doesn't mean anything either, that's hype.

In other words, rank doesn't mean a lot.

shino would turn incoming ink beast to just plain ink with chakra absorbing bugs.

Ink Beast Mimicry or Ink snake strangle could take it for Sai. But, Shino has bugs. Thousands. Maybe hundreds of thousands. And with those bugs, Shino can drain all of Sai's chakra, or suffocate him.

lets talk about the feats that gaved to shino ,shino has allot of imba moves witch can end the battle b4 it start , it think sai also have some powerful moves , and i think it will be very long raged fight , and i will take shino to win .

Majority of the people thinks Shino wins with chakra eating bugs.
Sai's painting are made from chakra so it wont affect Shino very well.
