I think Konoha would win unless they had a ton of ninjas out on a mission at the time.

Tyranitar uses Hyperbeam. Every single ninja in Konoha gets vaporized.

Hyper Beam is a special move, it won't do much. Also you need to recharge after use.

Tyranitar can spam Hyper Beam

With Pokedex entries, Tyranitar stomps.

Ruby/Sapphire: Tyranitar is so overwhelmingly powerful, it can bring down a whole mountain to make its nest. This Pokemon wanders about in mountains seeking new opponents to fight.

Diamond/Pearl/Platinum: If it rampages, it knocks down mountains and buries rivers. Maps must be redrawn afterward.

Ok why Hyperbeam when Earthquake or Stone Edge does more Damage? Hell even Crunch does more damage.

Nyruss

Hyperbeam's power is 150. Earthquake and Stone Edge have a power of 100 while Crunch is a mere 80.

Tyranitar got a base 95 S.Atk and a base 134 Attack.

Stone Edge boosted by Stab along with more attack is more powerful than Hyper Beam.

Attack power does not favor specific types. As a half-breed, the STAB Tyranitar gets is only 25% instead of the normal 50% for pure type, making Stone Edge's power 125.

Even so, Stone Edge is a Physical move and HB is a Special move.

Since he have more attack Physical move will obviously do more damage.

I'd forgotten that they changed Hyperbeam to special. :hmm

i dont really follow these newer pokemon (i'm classic;)), but can Tyranitar, even with these stats, survive Kamui? also how fast is it?

Depends on where Kakashi hits it and if Kakashi can actually land a hit before he can be attacked, knocked off balance, etc.

Honestly Kamui is the only possible thing that can give Konoha the win here and if Kakashi fails to land an effective hit with it then they're probably screwed.

If Kakashi were close enough to actually land a decent hit with Kamui he'd probably really vulnerable considering the idea that Pupitar thrashing around could supposedly mountain bust and Tyranitar>Pupitar.

Also, if Tyranitar can bury rivers then Kakashi would definitely have trouble.

Kakashi is the only remotely threatening opponent though.

Yeah, but Hyper Beam takes a lot less time than Kamui.

Kyuubi fires his Cero = Dead Tyranitar.

Tyranitar = 2 Meters tall, Kyuubi = Bigger than a forest.

Naruto still hasn't demonstrated use of actual Kyuubi, only RS form.

So Kyuubi wouldn't classify as part of Konoha, considering Naruto only transforms when under extreme emotional stress and that wouldn't happen in a fight like this.

Forget what I said.

Gold (http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Pok%C3%A9mon_Gold_and_Silver_Versions) Its body can't be harmed by any sort of attack, so it is very eager to make challenges against enemies.

He auto wins.

So does mean Tyranitar's invincible?

If that's allowed, then that makes Tyranitar a casual mountain buster.

The implications are unpleasant for Konoha. http://i50.tinypic.com/xemnmt.gif

He would win but not with a sneeze.

Stone Edge or Earthquake? Yes. Sneeze? No.

I hope Konoha doesn't value their lives too much.
