I would choose Uzumaki, because This clan from Whirlpool Village were known for their excellent Fuuinjutsu abilities and red hair. The Uzumaki had excellent vitality and were distantly related to the Senju Clan. Their strength in Fuuinjutsu made them excellent Jinchuuriki. Other villages feared their sealing prowess and destroyed their village. Clan members were known to have left the country having settled in Konoha and Ame. Their relation to the Senju and therefore the Rikudou Sennin allowed one clan member, Nagato, to activate the Rinnegan eye ability.

Although the Uchiha do have amazing genjustu powers, their family is run by hatred and pain, and Jiraya sensei is trying to lead peace into the ninja world, which is why the uzumaki clan are better!

I know I'm going with the crowd, but I'm just saying what I believe. I believe that the Uzumaki Clan is better. I used to like the Uchiha Clan, until I realised how much of a traitor they were. As much as I don't like Madara, it really isn't his fault-he was just one step ahead of all the Uchihas. He knew that Konoha was going to turn their back on them, but they didn't listen and since they didn't do anything or even brace themselves because of their 'delusion' that the Senju family was not going to outclass them they were shut down. The Uchihas were simply stupid and had to put the blame on Konoha for their own mistakes in choosing their enemies and brought their own downfall by underestimating the Village. Sasuke is no better than them for wanting to destroy Konoha-that's part of the reason why Itachi didn't want Sasuke to know the truth-so that he wouldn't turn the sharp edge of his sword toward the village he tried so hard to protect. Their Kekkei Genkai is one of the three great ocular jutsus, but it brings hate to the family.

(I know it's not a big spoiler, but I really am just being cautious)

On the other hand, the Uzumaki Clan is a very renowned Clan, but I don't want to repeat what has already been said by Lydia. Also,they have to be cool to have given birth to someone as brilliant as Naruto. `:P
