cause the only reason itachi killed his clan was cause the elders forced him 2 but he still failed cause he was supposed 2 kill all members but kept sasuke alive 2 restore the uchiha clan and he couldnt kill his little brother that he loved so much

Sasuke wants to destroy Konoha because Danzou, Homura, and the other old man advisor, and Third hokage kept the secret about uchiha Clan and Itachi Uchiha from Sasuke. Now Sasuke have his reasons why he should kill Danzou and the two old advisors, he doesn't care if Konoha is being destroyed or not but all he wants is the elders of konoha to DIE.

let me add some thing to that. itachi didn't kill sasuke because he loved sasuke so much(like you said) and he wanted sasuke to kill him because he couldn't live with him self because of all the pain and suffering he brought apoun sasuke.

well after the fight with itachi he is told by Madara the truth about Itachi's motives. It was by the orders of Konoha for Itachi to destroy the Uchiha clan, all in which he spared Sasuke out of love and made him hate him to become stronger. Because of Konoha's intent to wipe out the clan, Sasuke plans to return to Konoha and destroy, but mainly Danzo and the elders who initiated the order against his clan. But seriously, I think Madara is brainwashing him, and Itachi probably knew this would happen which is why he gave Naruto the "gift."

Sasuke is on the way to Konoha, but Madara (Tobi) catches up with him and tells him it was already destroyed by pain. Sasuke and team hawk then plan to go to where the five kages will come together for the next meeting, and mainly beat the crap out of Danzo
