Since Suigetsu is in his lungs he can't get at Suigetsu without killing himself. Jugo was in physical contact with the Raikage's thunder armor/aura/shield/thing and it > Chidori so he's obviously not bothered by electricity.

Thats not true he was going round for round with Itachi with his sharigan using genjutsu. Karin she will get wiped out at the begining of the fight. Chidori is not just lightning its a penetrating Jutsu too. He just has to hit Jugo in his heart. Sugetsu get electricuted. The end

Apart from chidori variants, what does Sasuke have without MS?

Juugo uses chakra cannon in CS2,
Suigetsu can probablt tank most of Sasuke's attacks apart from Chidori variants,

Karin's fodder could distract Sasuke, or at the most, she could heal Juugo or Sui.

Rules got changed to be a lot more like OBD a while ago. Such as ring out wins and the such.

I'd have to go with Jugo beating Sasuke as well. Raikage's V2 armor punch is obviously stronger than any type of Chidori. If you say Chidori has a piercing element to it, making it more dangerous or whatever, the Raikage's punch had an even stronger piercing element as it went through two layers of C2 Jugo.

Jugo wins with chakra cannons, impressive tanking, and he can always suck up Karin to heal his wounds if needed.
